Artworks has completed work at Shoosmiths new offices in Birmingham.  This was done as part of a 21-week programme of interior design and fit-out works by Claremont Group Interiors.

Artworks provided bespoke graphics and decorative solutions to their newly refurbished offices.  This project follows works at Shoosmiths  Manchester, Milton Keynes and Nottingham for Artworks.

The Shoosmiths  team successfully completed the move to Two Colmore Square over the May bank holiday weekend. This involved the movement of all 180 legal advisers and support staff immediate effect from its former office at 125 Colmore Row.
The 40,000 sq ft office is part of Nurton Development’s successful Grade A office scheme in Birmingham and offers the largest floor plate in the city.  Claremont’s Project Manager for Shoosmiths, David Day, said: “This office move was vital to Shoosmiths business and is in support of their business strategy to cater not only for growth across the various sectors, but also to provide a hub for their clients and, partners supported by excellent communication links with the new office.”

A number of different Artworks products were incorporated into the Shoosmiths interior, adding splashes of colour to co-ordinate with the carpets and furniture.  Products included framed artwork in offices and breakout areas, printed glass splash backs used in WCs and kitchen areas, halo lit panels used to create glass artwork and feature mirrors, acoustic artwork used to help with the sound reverberation, and magnet drywipe boards, manifestation and digital wall-covering.

The finished offices have an open plan contemporary finish, creating a stunning working environment.
