Magnificent seven take to the skies!
A group of seven Artworks staff took to the skies on 14 June to raise money for the Children's Trust, a specialist rehabilitation, therapy and care charity.
They plunged from 15,000 feet above the Devon countryside in memory of Conor Hall, brother of our very own Kayleigh and Aaron, who passed away three years ago following a moped accident.
Conor suffered severe brain trauma in the accident and passed away after five days in intensive care. Better protection may have saved his life - if Conor had just clipped up his helmet before he got onto his bike, then he could still be with us today.
His family are determined that others don't suffer in the same way they have. They've set up the 'Clip up for Conor' campaign to raise awareness of the importance of wearing a helmet, and to encourage young road users to practice higher levels of safety.
It's a cause that's very close to our hearts, so we're delighted that so many Artworks staff have got involved. Our magnificent seven raised £7,300 for the Children's Trust, supporting them in the great services they provide to communities across the country.
