Nvidia Look Across the Pond
When Nvidia, a leading American technology company based in Santa Clara, California, were looking to modernise their working environment, they looked across the pond to find the expertise they needed.
The company wanted to create a modern working environment that linked Nvidia and its employees to the building, through common branding right across their premises, from the car park to the third floor and beyond.
They asked building refurbishment specialists County Contractors to modernise and update their offices. Together with County Contractors and Proctors, an interior design and architectural practice based in Windsor, Artworks worked to turn design ideas into reality.
Artworks provided a direct consultancy service to Nvidia, using skills and expertise to deliver a bespoke branding solution that met their needs.
Working from a thorough design brief, Artworks provided a full design, manufacturing and installation service, covering items as diverse as a textured glass feature wall, digital wallpaper and a 30ft glass atrium wrapped in vinyl to create a giant microchip.
During the two-week installation period Artworks also installed external 6ft steel monoliths, branded wallpaper and build-up signage, with Bristol-inspired canvasses throughout, features which will significantly enhance Nividia's working environment.
This is of course crucial to the success of any business, and particularly to a computer graphics company like Nvidia. The company operates at the cutting edge of the computing market, so they need offices to match.
The project has proved to be a great success, highlighting Artworks' strength across a number of disciplines and our ability to deliver high-quality corporate branding products and services, on time and on budget.
So successful in fact that Artworks have recently been commissioned to work on Nvidia's UK HQ in Theale. They’ll provide the same high-quality, bespoke service there and aim to develop the kind of modern working environment that will help the company continue to thrive.
