Firesprite, Liverpool
Working with team at Claremont Group Interiors, a client of over 20yrs and one of which we have delivered 100’s of projects we were challenged to design, manufacture and install a number of creative, innovative solutions that not only showcased the work of a visionary games developer, but also engaged both employees and visitors to the destination office.
Lighting the way
Lighting was again creatively used to form a floor numbering scheme, utilising our Alto acoustic range we produced bespoke corrugated panels with floor numbers integrated in neon effect numbers.
Framed graphic with wire mesh & foliage
The addition of neon effect lighting to the artwork added a striking additional dimension, projecting from the bespoke frames and spilling onto the wall surface the frames provided a link between the old and the new in this historic building.
Telling a story
Both Claremont and the client were open to exploring new ideas within the scheme. We proposed overlaying shards of faux neon on ornate framed artwork to create an imbalance of historic and futuristic, much as the building itself – the resulting artworks look stunning.
The combination of the products, willingness to push the boundaries and the incredible building itself came together in one of my favourite interiors to date.
It was a real pleasure to work alongside Claremont Group Interiors on this project. The building itself has a rich history, many of the surfaces still displaying incredible details from the past and when combined with the client’s futuristic imagery – the space looks amazing.
